Whether its factory-bonded surfaces for new installations, replacement of the existing floor covering or even upgrading to improve load performance. we can deliver customised solutions to the toughest of problems.

Bespoke surface finishes

Bespoke surface finishes can be factory bonded to all BE range (edge-banded) products whilst fully conforming to the required PSA or BSEN specification. The finish is bonded to the galvanised steel surface, so retaining its strength and rigidity. Carpet tiles, wooden floors, veneers, vinyls. through to stone, marble and ceramics, we can use your own materials or source for you a wide selection from which to choose.

Structural upgrades

If your existing floor doesn't meet new loadbearing demands we can help design a bespoke solution to upgrade its performance, whilst minimising disturbance to current operations and avoiding the cost and inconvenience of shutdowns or evacuation.

Bespoke sizes

Situations often arise within older buildings where the floor system is basically sound, and may require only upgrading or extending. The difficulty of matching obsolete sizes and panel materials can often mean replacement seems the only answer. As a specialist manufacturer, we are able to produce bespoke panels and pedestals to match any system, giving you the flexibility to renew at often a fraction of the cost.

Oversized and undersized panels can also be supplied for perimeter fitting on standard schemes to minimise cutting on site.

Grid retention

There are times when entire floors do need replacing, but where considerable disruption could be avoided by utilising the existing pedestals. This not only saves on material and installation costs, but overcomes the need to disturb existing cabling or building services. If the pedestals are sound, but the grid size is incompatible with current panel modules we can offer a 'made to measure' solution.

Disaster recovery

Following flooding or fire damage, the floor panels may need to be replaced whilst retaining the pedestals. Again, due to our bespoke and responsive manufacturing capability, panels can be made to match existing grids and, if required, existing surfacings. The installation can be completed far more rapidly than a full reinstatement, saving on time and disruption.
