PANEL DESCRIPTION
The BGF-E panel is a fully encapsulated construction of galvanised steel trays to the top and bottom enclosing a high density particleboard core. The trays are then glued to the core and roll formed together. This creates a fully encapsulated 600mm x 600mm panel. The resulting panel is dimensionally accurate with a rigid perimeter that is exceptionally resistant to damage.

MANUFACTURE
The panel is manufactured in a brand new facility in Hereford that offers the customer total flexibility whilst maintaining the highest quality standard. Bathgate Flooring Ltd prides themselves on their ability to meet the customer’s demands and this facility has been designed and built to meet those demands.

CERTIFICATION
The panel has been fully tested by a NAMAS accredited laboratory to meet the requirements of PSA MOB PF2/SPU March 1992 and is certified as being fully compliant. The panel has Class ‘O’ spread of flame certification.
