PANEL DESCRIPTION
The BGF-M panel is a sandwich construction of galvanised steel sheets to the top and bottom enclosing a high density particleboard core. The edge is then wrapped with a PVC trim to create a fully encapsulated 600mm x 600mm panel. This product is ideally suited to allow a huge range of finished products to be bonded to it; these include carpet, vinyl, HPL, wood and stone.

MANUFACTURE
The panel is manufactured in a brand new facility in Hereford that offers the customer total flexibility whilst maintaining the highest quality standard. Bathgate Flooring Ltd prides themselves on their ability to meet the customer’s demands and this facility has been designed and built to meet those demands.

CERTIFICATION
The panel has been fully tested by a NAMAS accredited laboratory to meet the requirements of PSA MOB PF2/SPU March 1992 and is certified as being fully compliant. The panel has Class ‘O’ spread of flame certification.
