BSEN 12825
This specification is mostly used for public sector projects, in some cases this is a statutory requirement. Whilst arguably the more flexible, it gives up to 72 possible 'grades' or permutations

There are several other performance requirements, with test methods for each; however no guidance is given on suitability for defined applications, which becomes the responsibility of the specifier. It is this that makes the BSEN a technically more difficult specification to interpret with confidence.
