The building features 11,660 m2 of PSA Steel Encapsulated raised floor panels. There are additional areas of BGH which are our Heavy grade panels and BEM Edge Banded panels. These are all manufactured by Bathgate Flooring in our UK manufacturing facility.

The building features Cat A Fit Out of 11,250 m2 of PSA Steel Encapsulated raised floor panels. These are manufactured by Bathgate Flooring in our UK manufacturing facility. The panels were installed throughout the building as Cat A, this means they were ready for a final covering to be laid by the tenants.
