Where can you Use Raised Access Flooring

Where can you use raised access flooring

Raised Flooring for Offices
Can employ an economical bare raised flooring panel.  Panels can be covered with carpet/carpet tiles temporarily bonded to the raised floor tile by way of an adhesive or magnetic backing.  This is an ideal way of reducing costs in areas where minimal access is required.

Data Centres are among the most popular uses of accessible floor systems.  Properly designed these flooring systems will not only manage the access but also create the right ventilation system required by the machinery inside.  The panels can be finished with anti-static material to improve all round performance.

Control Rooms and Switch Rooms. Raised Floor systems are commonly found in factories and in utility processing facilities where they provide a safe environment for the termination of control switchgear and electrical and mechanical services within a plant.

Retail Use. Due to the flexibility offered, many large retail areas now use Raised Access Flooring to ensure that they have freedom to reconfigure display areas with minimal disruption.  This ensures that displays can grow/shrink depending on the season or even to meet promotional activity.

Hotel & Leisure.  Flexibility once again is the benefit to the Hotel / Leisure industry.  Allowing hidden communications wiring and increasing ease for re-purposing space and no hassle maintenance.

Residential Applications. There is increased use of raised flooring systems within residential dwellings. This is both a response to the digital requirements of the average household and also in response to the frequency of building conversions which require a hidden location for new wires and pipework etc.

There are many potential buildings where you can use raised access flooring. If accessibility is beneficial. Raised access will be too.
